My Run of the Mill Wednesday.

I started the day with my daughter waking me at 6:30am to (courteously) let me know that her and her brother were just going to be playing the X - BOX 360. (good)!
(seriously, you can't get cross).

I went to rehabilitation and did a work out.

I came home and cooked a nice pasta and listened to some music.
I LOVE cooking but it's a bit scary watching me around hot things because my balance is not good.
What can I do? I love cooking and am far to independent to have someone cook for me.

Catch 22.

Take the risk! It makes me feel a little normal.

I met up with a friend who is a well known musician, we spoke about organising a fundraising event that will incorporate some art, an auction and of course live music!
The whole evening should be good and is scheduled for the first half of April.
I am meeting him next week to discuss our progress, idea's and a name before he is off to the U.K.

Ah, yes, the early morning wake-up call with critically important news. We've had a few of those.

Yum, pasta.

Hi Phil :-)

Recently I have met several people with similar symptoms and other illnesses that have gotten well when they stopped eating gluten and milk (from the cow).
Out of curiosity my family and I wanted to try this after having been to some forums and watched a documentary about it.
So far it has had great results with all of us... and I thought I would spread the word. Read some articles about it on www.gluten-free.org. There has been done quite a lot of research in this area, although not that much, as it is quite controversal to what our health and pharmaceutical industry stand for...
If you are interested in watching the documentary - I will send it to you. Just let me know.

Beijos, Linn-Tanja

I guess the early morning wake ups never end... Neon is still up two to three times in the night and then waking up at the crack of dawn... ahhh the life of a parent but we are blessed with such incredible company aren't we? Milly is such a beautiful creature... glad to read up on what you are doing phil... we'll have to organise another catch up soon... I can see you have alot of supportive friends and family surrounding you, how humbling and truly blessed.. xx
